I particularly enjoyed the visits to the temples. We went to the shore temples at Mahabalipuram - both the setting and the simple, but powerful, imagery of the carvings was very impressive.

Fantastic experience. Really nice group and the tour guide was an asset......We visited the (optional) temple during a large pilgrimage. We were surrounded by very cheerful and friendly people who made the visit really enjoyable.
